A little re-organisation

I’m moving some stuff around and re-organising how the forums and the tracker are set up. This will allow for much closer integration between the two and will allow us to add a few new features that we have in mind. It will also reflect the new focus on the tracker as our primary way to distribute games.

The adjustments and moves shouldn’t take long.

The actual forums or tracker etc won’t be changing in any way right at the moment this is just setting things up for when we make the major migration.
